(LDCFL) is an independent Quality Assurance Company that specializes in Environmenta Data Consulting, providing support services to government, industry, engineering and consulting firms, as well as laboratories in the areas of data validation, data management, software design and development, laboratory and project specific QA/QC programs.

LDCFL through its "third party" data validation services determines the quality of environmental analytical data for government agencies and environmental consulting and engineering firms.

LDCFL also provides training to environmental engineering firms in areas such as data validation and ethics, conducts laboratory and data audits for their projects as well as QAPP reviews to ensure compliance and successful execution of the project.

LDCFL helps laboratories comply with their obligations with the regulatory agencies by conducting internal audits, conducting review of their Quality Systems and help them establish their QAM and SOPs.
